Cut your HubSpot bill by thousands a year — without rebuilding it yourself.
It starts with a short form: tell me your HubSpot plan and renewal date, and I reply within one business day with exactly what will and won't move. Say go, and I rebuild your contacts, deals, pipelines, automations, forms and email templates in a cheaper CRM. Your HubSpot stays live the whole time. Approve the finished rebuild and pay — or walk away and pay nothing.
You pay nothing until you approve the finished rebuild.Move off HubSpot, without the usual disruption.
Request your review
Send your name, email, current HubSpot plan and renewal date. Within one business day I reply with what will and won't move and which CRM fits — no call required, and nothing is built yet.
You say go, I rebuild
Only once you say go do I start: contacts, companies, deals and pipelines, automations, forms and email templates rebuilt in your new CRM's workspace. Your HubSpot stays live and untouched the whole time.
Approve → pay → cutover
Review the finished rebuild. Approve it, pay, and we cut over — forms swapped, redirects set up, team switched. Don't love it? Walk away, pay nothing, and your HubSpot is exactly as you left it.
I'm Sam — I also run ExitRamp, where I rebuild course businesses off Kajabi. I do these migrations myself. These are my first five founding migrations, and the rebuilt workspace is the proof: you judge the finished work before you pay anything.
HubSpot gets expensive fast — especially at renewal.
Professional isn't cheap
Marketing Hub Professional is $800/mo billed annually for 3 seats, plus a required $3,000 onboarding fee.

Starter now caps out
Starter is capped at 5 core seats, which pushes 5–10 person teams up to Professional pricing.
Renewals jump
Renewal increases — say, $800/mo becoming $1,400/mo — are a common complaint. The time to plan a move is before your contract renews, not after.
Your CRM, rebuilt — not just exported.
A CSV export gets you rows. A rebuild gets you a CRM your team can actually work in on day one.
- ✓Contacts & companiesProperties mapped, associations kept, lists and segments recreated.
- ✓Deals & pipelinesStages, owners, amounts and deal history carried into your new pipelines.
- ✓AutomationsWorkflows and sequences rebuilt with your new tool's native automation.
- ✓FormsRebuilt and re-embedded on your site, routed to the right lists and owners.
- ✓Email templatesMarketing and sales templates rebuilt to match your brand.
- ✓Redirects & cutoverHubSpot-hosted pages and links redirected so nothing breaks when you switch.
Every CRM handles some things differently. Your review spells out exactly what will and won't move — and what will work a little differently — before anything is built.
Honest math first.

One-time fee. Paid only after you approve.
The same full rebuild at every tier — the price reflects how much there is to move. Your review tells you which tier you're in before anything starts.

Questions, answered.
When should I start if my HubSpot contract renews soon?
We plan around your contract end date. Tell me your renewal date in the review form and I'll schedule the rebuild so you can cut over before it renews. Check your contract for notice periods and auto-renewal terms — I can help you plan the timeline, but I don't give legal advice about your contract.
Which CRM should I move to?
It depends on how your team sells. Pipedrive suits pipeline-driven sales teams, Attio flexible data models, Brevo email-heavy marketing, GoHighLevel agencies and funnels, and Zoho broad all-in-one needs. Your review includes a recommendation for your setup.
What happens to HubSpot during the rebuild?
Nothing. It stays live and your team keeps working in it until you approve the finished rebuild and we cut over. Any records added in the meantime are synced in at cutover.
What if I don't like the rebuild?
You pay nothing. Your HubSpot is untouched, and the new workspace can be deleted.
Do I need to talk to anyone?
No. The process is async: request your review, say go once you've seen what will and won't move, review the finished rebuild, then approve and pay. If you'd rather talk it through, just say so in the form.
Are you affiliated with HubSpot?
No. This is an independent migration service. HubSpot is a trademark of HubSpot, Inc., referenced here only to describe the platform we migrate from.
